Hands-On Practice Each contestant prepares, cleaves, and splices fiber under guidance. Each contestant is given their own fiber and access to a splicer machine. They practice under the guidance of the instructor and engineers. Contestants are encouraged to repeat the process until they feel confident. Delegates/Participant can hands-on practice as well.
