As Vietnam embarks on its digital transformation journey, the demand for skilled ICT professionals is greater than ever. Yet, many in the community remain unfamiliar with global standards and best practices essential to building resilient and sustainable ICT infrastructure. Recognizing this gap, we wanted to create an opportunity that goes beyond theory and fosters practical, hands-on experience.

we designed ICT Skill Connect as a stepping stone for Vietnam’s ICT community to explore the importance of hands-on skills in fiber termination—a critical competency in modern ICT infrastructure. This initiative not only allows participants to gain valuable technical skills but also introduces them to BICSI’s standards and best practices in a tangible, engaging way.

Through this challenge, we aim to bridge the gap between international ICT standards and Vietnam’s growing talent pool, empowering participants to compete, learn, and excel in a global landscape. Offering a free BICSI RCDD course as the grand prize reflects our commitment to investing in Vietnam’s ICT professionals and supporting their career growth.
